At Lashvana, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy for details on returns and exchanges.

1. Domestic Returns (Within Iceland)

Customers within Iceland have the option to return products. To initiate a return:

  • Contact customer support
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

2. International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on shipments sent abroad. However, if you wish to exchange or return a product, follow these steps:

  • Include the provided product return label in the shipment.

Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your expense.
